Complete your agent profile
Add your name, contact details, and the best way for hosts to reach you (WhatsApp, call, email). A complete profile gets approved faster.

Request your first listing
Browse listings, find one that fits your clients, and send a partnership request to the host. Propose your rate and add a message explaining who you work with.

Verify your identity (30 days)
You have 30 full days to upload a national ID or passport. Everything works during this window. Verify and your account never restricts.

About the 30-day verification window

New agents have 30 days of full access before identity verification is required. We do this so you can start earning immediately without paperwork holding you up. Upload your ID within 30 days and your account is permanently verified. Miss the window and referrals pause, but nothing is deleted. Verify late and everything resumes from where it stopped.

Agent FAQ.

No. Signing up as a Cabana agent is completely free. There are no monthly fees, no subscription costs, and no commission taken from your earnings by Cabana. The only cost is agreeing commission terms with hosts. That goes directly to you, not us.
Commission is paid by the host directly to you, under the terms you both agreed on when your partnership was approved. Cabana records the booking and the agreed commission so there's a clear record for both sides. The host sees who was referred and the rate they owe. They settle with you directly.
Declines are normal — hosts choose their own agents. A decline on one listing changes nothing about your account or ability to request other listings. You can re-apply if the host reopens to agents, and your dashboard shows what happened and why (if the host left a reason).
Unlimited once approved. You can request up to 10 listings simultaneously (waiting for host replies). Once approved on a listing, you can request more. There's no cap on how many active partnerships you can hold.
Yes. When you sign up you can declare yourself a creator and list your social handle and audience size. This shows on your profile and can make hosts more eager to approve you. Your unique listing links can be posted anywhere — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube description, WhatsApp — and any booking within 30 days of a click attributes to you.
A Kenyan national ID or passport. A selfie is also accepted as a supporting document. Photos must be clear and not cropped. Upload is done securely in your agent dashboard. Documents are never shared with hosts or guests, only reviewed by the Cabana team.
