Payments are processed via M-Pesa through PayHero. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials. We store only transaction references and amounts necessary to confirm bookings. Your M-Pesa number is stored to enable payouts to hosts.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 7.
We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. You can clear cookies via your browser settings, which will log you out of your account.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage via Supabase, and server-side environment variables for all sensitive credentials. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
